Peterborough Draughting Services (PDS) specialises in supplying a complete design and draughting service to engineering manufacturing industries in Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire and Norfolk.

Specialising in the design of rubber moulds, special purpose machinery, tooling jigs and fixtures, and all general engineering design & draughting. Our wide-ranging experience ensures that in some cases we will undertake the complete service of design and manufacture.

All drawings are produced using AutoCad software and comply to BS308 and/or other relevant national and international standards.

Drawings can be supplied either electronically or in hard copy format on drawing sheets ranging from A4 to A0 size.

With over 20 years experience within the rubber moulding industry PDS has experience of mould and ancillary tooling and equipment design. The items we design include compression moulds, transfer moulds, injection transfer moulds and cold runner blocks, single cavity, free standing single cavity prototype moulds and multi cavity moulds for automatic, semi automatic and manual operation. These are suitable for both all rubber and rubber to metal bonded mouldings.

Over 30 years experience within the manufacturing industry ensures PDS has a wealth of experience, including expertise in manufacturing methods and processes, with particular reference to special purpose machinery, tooling and equipment design.
